1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of ace jl constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms, together with any additional terms, rules, or policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the ace jl Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of ace jl regardless of the method of access — whether through a desktop web browser, mobile browser, or any other permitted access method. ace jl does not currently distribute a standalone downloadable application through any third-party app store; the Platform operates as a web-based service accessible through acejl.win.

2 Eligibility

To be eligible to register for and use ace jl, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. This minimum age requirement is mandated by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. ace jl strictly enforces this requirement and conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process.
• You must be physically located within the Philippines, or be a Philippine national otherwise permitted to access online gaming services as governed by applicable Philippine law at the time of gameplay.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of ace jl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to self-exclusion on the ace jl Platform or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming service.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be using the Platform in any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

3 Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money games and services on ace jl, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested by ace jl to fulfil its PAGCOR compliance obligations.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one ace jl account at any time. Creating, operating, or having access to duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different personal information, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. ace jl reserves the right to close all accounts associated with a player found to be in breach of this policy and to void all winnings and balances held across those accounts.

3.3 KYC Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering law (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), ace jl requires identity verification before processing withdrawals and at other points during the account lifecycle. Verification documents may include any government-issued Philippine ID (passport, UMID, SSS, PhilHealth, driver's licence, or voter's ID) together with a contemporaneous selfie photograph. ace jl reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ace jl login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person. ace jl will never contact you requesting your password. Any transactions made using your account credentials are your responsibility unless you have promptly notified ace jl of unauthorised access in accordance with the procedures set out in Section 15.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

The minimum deposit amount at ace jl is ₱100. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification level. Fully KYC-verified accounts are subject to higher transaction limits. ace jl reserves the right to modify transaction limits at its discretion and in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawal requests are subject to (a) full KYC verification of the requesting account, (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements, and (c) ace jl's standard anti-money laundering review procedures. Funds must be withdrawn to a payment method held in the same name as the verified ace jl account. ace jl does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on ace jl are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where a payment method involves a foreign currency (e.g., USDT), conversion rates applicable at the time of the transaction will be applied by the relevant payment processor. ace jl is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

ace jl offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free credits, and cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. Players must read and accept the applicable bonus terms before opting in to any promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated on the promotion page, bonus credits and any winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion. Bets placed in certain game categories may contribute to wagering requirements at reduced rates; specific contribution percentages are stated per promotion.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are generally available to Philippine players who (a) have a fully registered and verified ace jl account, (b) are aged 21 years or older, and (c) do not hold an active self-exclusion or cooling-off period. ace jl reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility at its discretion, including restricting bonuses to specific payment methods or player tiers.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse ace jl's bonus system — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, collusion between accounts, low-risk wagering strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or creating duplicate accounts to claim a bonus multiple times — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension. ace jl uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

6.1 RNG Certification

All random number generator (RNG) games on ace jl — including slot machines, RNG table games, and bingo — operate on independently certified software. Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and are not subject to manipulation by ace jl or any third party. The published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game reflect the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee individual session results.

6.2 Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games at ace jl are operated from physical studios and venues under regulated conditions. Live game results are determined by actual physical outcomes (card deals, wheel spins, dice rolls) conducted by professional dealers. Game footage is streamed in real time over encrypted connections. ace jl is not responsible for technical interruptions on the player's side that may affect live game participation.

6.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction or platform error that affects a game round, ace jl reserves the right to void the affected round and return the applicable stake to the player's account. ace jl is not liable for any losses arising from system malfunctions, communication failures, or errors outside its reasonable control. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to ace jl games as a general principle consistent with PAGCOR-regulated gaming standards.

6.4 Betting Limits

Each game on ace jl has published minimum and maximum bet limits. Players may not circumvent these limits through any technical or gameplay method. ace jl reserves the right to modify bet limits at any time without prior notice.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on ace jl and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing or attempting to access the account of another player;
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or hardware devices to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted;
• Colluding with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime through the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, vulnerabilities, or malfunctions to gain undue advantage;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the ace jl Platform;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward other players or ace jl staff;
• Allowing a minor (under 21 years of age) to access or use your ace jl account;
• Breaching any applicable Philippine law in connection with your use of ace jl.

8 Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

8.1 Suspension by ace jl

ace jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory non-compliance, or any other circumstance that ace jl determines warrants protective action. Pending investigation, funds in a suspended account may be held in escrow.

8.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your ace jl account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, all pending withdrawal requests must be completed and any active bonus obligations must be settled in accordance with the applicable terms. ace jl will process a final withdrawal of any remaining eligible balance to your verified payment method.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players may activate a voluntary self-exclusion period through their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods are available in durations of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be locked and the player will be removed from marketing communications. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires, in accordance with PAGCOR responsible gaming requirements.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ace jl Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design elements, graphics, logos, trademarks, game content, text, and data — is the property of ace jl or its licensors and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, transmit, or create derivative works from any ace jl content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of ace jl intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal proceedings.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ace jl and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or financial loss — even if ace jl has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

ace jl's total aggregate liability to any individual player for direct damages shall not exceed the net amount deposited by that player in the three (3) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits ace jl's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

11 Responsible Gaming

ace jl is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR's Responsible Gaming Framework. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. If it becomes a source of financial stress, relationship problems, or compulsive behaviour, it is no longer entertainment.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ace jl players through the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds per session or time period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a defined gaming session duration;

12 Privacy and Data Protection

ace jl collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. The types of personal data collected, the purposes for which it is processed, the legal bases for processing, your rights as a data subject, and the procedures for exercising those rights are set out in detail in the ace jl Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering for an ace jl account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein. Your personal data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the Platform's services, comply with legal obligations, or fulfil PAGCOR reporting requirements.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ace jl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, ace jl will provide notice to registered players via email to the address on file or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amendments take effect, except where earlier implementation is required to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available on the ace jl Platform at acejl.win/terms-conditions with the date of last update clearly indicated. Your continued use of ace jl after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The Platform operates under a PAGCOR licence, and all gaming activities are subject to PAGCOR regulations as promulgated from time to time.

14.2 Disputes

In the event of a dispute between you and ace jl arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact ace jl's support team via live chat to seek an informal resolution. ace jl will investigate the matter and provide a written response within fourteen (14) business days.

14.3 PAGCOR Escalation

If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through ace jl's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's established player complaint and dispute resolution channels. As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, ace jl is subject to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight and dispute adjudication authority.

14.4 Jurisdiction

Without prejudice to the PAGCOR escalation process described above, any legal proceedings relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
